Charlene Raddi is of Inuvialuit descent and was born and raised in Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories. Charlene has three children with my husband, and two grandchildren.
Charlene is currently residing in Inuvik, Northwest Territories, where she is working as a Registered Nurse. In between work, Charlene loves to bead or sew. In 2013, Charlene moved back home to Tuktoyaktuk for a few years before coming back to Inuvik in 2016. While at home, she began learning to sew from her sister and family members and learned many different types of articles to sew, including fur mitts, hats, parkas, mukluks to name a few. Just recently, Charlene also learned to bead earrings and enjoys beading on her time off work.
