Lena Kotokak was born to her parents Donald and Elizabeth (Bessie) Kuptana.
Lena began her life with her husband Max Kotokak and started to learn to sew for her young family. Lena's husband enjoys hunting and harvesting and is a good hunter and provider. With the six children they have raised together they have many beautiful grand and great grandchildren. Lena tries her best to keep her family clothed for all seasons especially for keeping them warm in the winter months.
Lena loves to sew and design her clothing and has created many traditional clothing for family and for sale. Lena especially enjoys helping people who want to learn to sew particular those who appreciate the beauty in our Inuvialuit traditional clothing.
